FlashCut Pro integrated all-in-one CAD/CAM/CNC Software facilitates CAD drawing, CAD drawing imports, CAM tool path creation, CNC parts cutting, and True Shape Nesting. The FlashCut CNC controller includes an integrated power supply and is complete with motors and drives using three different microprocessors. Parallel processing allows for full multi-axis interpolation with continuous contouring.

The precision linear rails are mounted on the machined surface and integrated with a helical rack and pinion and precision bearings. The automatic lifter attaches to the z-axis carriage, equipped with automatic torch height control (THC), a magnetic breakaway head, and a crosshair laser pointer for precision. The plasma torch itself, along with accompanying consumables by Hypertherm, optimize cut quality and increase productivity to allow for the lowest possible operating cost.
